Replacement Insurance

Important: This feature is for accidental damage to the Warrenater by the User. Warranty claims are dealt with through a replacement part process and you do not need Replacement Insurance to cover warranty claims.

Replacement Insurance is simply there to enable you to receive a loan machine if you damage your Warrenater and it has to be returned to us for repairs. We have had wands and control units returned after being damaged by vehicles passing over them in error.

In these circumstances we have to repair the device for you. This can take up to 10 days depending on the type and extent of the damage. You may feel that this is an unacceptable time to stop the tunnel busting operation. This is where the Replacement Insurance comes in.

When you buy this insurance, you call us to advise the position, we will immediately send you a replacement machine and we will arrange for a courier to pick yours up. You will be able to keep the loan machine until your repaired machine is sent back to you.

In addition, any labour costs associated with the repair will be covered by this insurance.

Parts that are not covered by our warranty will be charged for.

The annual cost for Replacement Insurance is £189.00
Discounts do not apply to Replacement Insurance costs.

Note: Loan machines are not available generally and all our loan stock is retained for sole use under this Replacement Insurance scheme.
