 Question  Answer
How often do I have to have the Warrenater  serviced and how much does it cost.? You don't. The product has been built to last. Components like the hoses and the flashback arrestors may need attention after excessive use. These can be purchsed through out online shop for simple replaced in the field. More importantly we have units that have done hundreds of blasts over the last 18 months without needing any attention at all.
Someone told me that having the gas mixed in the hose is dangerous. Is this true? The Warrenater is built with safety at the top of our priority list. Gases are mixed in the controller and transported mixed to the wand during normal operations. Flashback Arrestors on the Wand, Control Unit and Gas Tank ensures that no spark can enter the hose and travel back up to the gas bottles making it safe to operate.
How often will I have to replace or service the electrical components? During normal operations you should not have to replace them for the lifetime of the product. If you do and it is due to manufacture, it will be replaced without cost.
We notice that one of the other products has a reelwinder for the hoses, do you also offer one of these? No we don't, for 2 reasons. The first is that because we use a single lightweight hose, there is not much weight or bulk in the hose making the hose reel overkill and expensive. The second is that fuel gas carried in a tight reel is dangerous and against health and safety guidelines.
We had a demo from one of your competitors who claimed that the Warrenater was 'junk' what do you have to say about this? We know that most of the comments coming from our competitors are not founded in any truth. We also know that we have hundreds of units in the field many of which are into their 3rd season of operations and they have not had to be serviced and they have not failed. Most importantly though is that a big number of our sales come from 'word of mouth' referrals which we would not get if we were selling 'junk'.
