Our Brochure is the first part of the manual. We have put it up on this website so that you can see what you get for your £1290 and what each component looks like. There is also information about how to set it up and use it.
You will note that we do not have many videos online showing small or large explosions. I think we all know what these devices do but if you want to see this type of device in action, just type Warrenater into YouTube and there will be a lot of videos there showing people in all manor of poses with these types of devices.
Our main message is that Operator Safety is Paramount - The Operator must have to retreat to a safe distance from the tunnel when it explodes. In addition, the application of gas and the ignition must be a failsafe, simple operation so that there is no chance of the ignition going off whilst the gas flow is still open. Loose wires and multiple hoses to the tunnel entrance are a trip hazzard and are heavy and cause fatigue. So with the Warrenator we have made sure that the above apply. We have achieved this by keeping the controller with the tanks and the connection from the controller to the wand to just a single line.
PART 1
Introduction & Description of Components
The Warrenater is the most robust, safe and durable product available for purpose today.
It carries a lifetime warranty on the 3 critical components of the system. The Electronics used to ignite the gases, the mixing cone on the end of the wand and the Remote Control Unit which delivers the combined gases to the Lance in the correct mixture to enable ignition.

This device will fire correctly every time if the gas mixture arriving in the tunnel is correct and the sparking device works. We have made a robust device for you where very little can go wrong if you follow procedure carefully when setting up.
WARRENATER LANCE
The Standard Lance is well balanced and lightweight. This makes it easy and comfortable to carry about. The length of the Lance itself enables the Operator to easily insert the wand into a tunnel from the standing position.
- In addition to holding the handle, the Red Tube at the top of the Lance contains the proprietary electronics designed by highly skilled electronics engineer. It delivers the spark to ignite the gases in the Lance cone. The electronics carry a Lifetime Manufacturers Guarantee.
- Between the cone and the red tube is an auto-reset flash arrestor. This provides for the first safety check on the WARRENATER.
Shorter and Longer wands are available upon request – simply give us you length requirements and we will construct it for you. Pricing is on application and depends on the specification.

The cone itself is made of stainless steel making it hard wearing for longer life. The cone is designed to be easily removed for maintenance. In the event of damage, the cone is easily and cost effectively replaced.
WARRENATER REMOTE CONTROL MIXER
The Remote Control Mixer contains a proprietary mixing and ignition system that enables the delivery of a gas mixture to the cone. The gases will ignite every time when proper operating procedures are followed. Like the Electronics, the Remote Control Mixer carries a Lifetime Manufacturers Guarantee. We guarantee that as long as the unit has not been damaged, the mixing system will always work and deliver the exact gas mixture to the cone end for the life of the product. Likewise we guarantee that the sparking system will always deliver the required spark to ignite the gases as long as the device has not been damaged.
The safety of the Operator is paramount in our designs. With this device, it is impossible to ignite the gases whilst the gas flow is still on. The Firing Plate covers the ignition button all the time that gases are being allowed to flow to the burrow system. The ignition button is only visible when the gas has been turned off and the unit is ready to ignite the gases in the tunnel.

This hose carries the gas from the Remote Control Mixer to the Lance. The Electrical cable carries a 9V current from the Remote Control Mixer to the Lance Electronics. The hose and cable or bound together with a tough outer sleeve. This sleeve although light weight, provides added protection to the hose and cable providing longer life. The electrical connectors used are strong and durable. They are the highest quality components available for this application.
It is this hose that places the Operator a safe 10 metres from the Blast. Additional lengths can be purchased which will extend the distance to 20 metres (60 feet)
As this is a lightweight flexible hose, there is no need to have the hose on a Reel. In fact, holding gas application on a reel is against the gas regulations as combustible gases contained in that manner are a safety hazard. |
The dual hoses connect the Regulators to the Remote Control Mixer. The Blue hose attached to the Oxygen and the Orange to the Propane. You cannot get these mixed up as the threat for Propane is an anti-clockwise thread onto the regulator and the Oxygen is a right hand thread. |
